All sessions require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, except for headshot sessions and organization sessions, which do not require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your session!

All sessions have a 15-minute grace period. After this period, a late fee of $25 will be applied if there is no communication. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to stay within the original booking slot. The full session fee will still apply.

The turnaround time for your photos depends on the type of session and the number of images. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited gallery within 1-2 weeks for standard sessions (freestyle, grad, organization). Brand shoots may take up to 4 weeks to complete. If you need your photos sooner please specify when filling out the client form.

To reschedule your session without penalty, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up to your session or fail to provide notice within 24 hours, your session deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.

Clients are welcome to bring one additional guest to accompany them during their session. For graduation sessions, graduates may bring up to two guests to share in the celebration. Please note that additional guests beyond this limit may require prior approval.

I work out of multiple studios tailored to meet the needs of each client, ensuring the perfect space for your session. Additionally, I travel will travel to different locations throughout the city to create the ideal setting for your photos! If your session requires travel outside of Greensboro, a travel fee will apply.
